Probably what happened when you sneeze, to break the small blood vessels in the nose. There should be no problem if this only happens if you sneeze hard, but if it bothers you, you can always discuss with your doctor.

Yes, it is bound. I recommend to eat carrots, seems to help strengthen the blood vessels and prevent blood is sneezing, but also bleeding from the nose.
