I am 17 years old and up with a weight of 132 pounds and am 6 feet exactly. I am very much weakened and muscular simply not cope. According to my BMI, I'm just a light weight, but I really do not think. I'm trying to get more mass, but what I'm looking for does not seem to help. I train 3 times per week with a trainer and I eat like a horse, any suggestions on how I could gain weight? Or not even take more weight?

She could stand to gain a few pounds. The higher your body fat% is healthy, you should begin with a focus on building muscle mass. You need protein, especially in the education of the day. Exercises to provide the muscle power: a strong opposition, representatives of the low. Immediately after the training to take a protein shake. Get some of that protein powder, and the burden of restoration and with 3 heaping tablespoons of these things. Received the morning, protein and carbohydrates to help you manage your energy. Drink lots of water throughout the day. L'idée est de vos briser fibers musculaires pendant l'entraînement, l'apport en protéines immédiatement après la location réparer seront utilisées pour le muscle, contribuant ainsi à la masse musculaire plutôt que d'une source d'alimentation (si les muscles n "do not need repairof the protein used for energy or stored).

In the days that do not work, try to adopt a healthy low fat diet. Find out what your calorie needs, and shoot for it. Bump the calories on the days I work to ensure that the energy consumed. I think you need about 2200 calories a day's rest, and somewhere around 2500 calories in their training day. Strength training does not include a lot of heart, so that you keep your fat (if necessary), though a little fat.

Forget the BMI is a measurement that is not good ... You are underweight and many of them!

He eats like a horse. This can, if you do not win a muscle. You must need the basic metabolic rate (minimum amount of daily calories to keep weight to know). Calculated by multiplying the weight of 18 Then add 500 calories, that number is growing daily and the amount of muscle! Will develop here. For more advice on nutrition to muscle growth here:
